Following upgrades to compound storage and management infrastructure at Compounds Australia, the complete library stocks were returned to Australia from BioAscent, Scotland in 2020. An ADDL Working Group was then established by the consortium to oversee the storage of the library and to reformat the Australian Drug Discovery Library (ADDL) to generate focused library sub-sets and facilitate accessibility by the wider research community.
